The help tab links to Aurender's online manual, allows the user to initiate a remote support request, and allows a reset of the settings of the app. There is also a WiFi diagnostics option for when it is necessary to check the connection speed between the iPad and the Aurender.
Aurender User Guide
Opens the Aurender User Guide in Safari on the iPad.
Remote Support Request
In the instance your Aurender is not functioning as desired, emails can be sent to the Support Department using the Aurender App. Email needs to be set up properly on the iPad for this to work. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Sending the email will activate the Remote Support function on the Aurender Music Player and allow engineers access to the unit in order to diagnose and fix the problem.
Note that a remote support request may also be initiated by a long press of the server name under the "Settings: Aurender" tab.
Network diagnostics (Internal Use Only)
A button for checking the WiFi connection speed of the iPad to the Aurender over the network is located here. The information can be sent in a log to Aurender's support team when requested, to determine if network speed is a factor when troubleshooting problems.
