Aurender FLOW V1000 won't operate with iOS 9.2 version of the iPhone?
Apple changed the behavior of their lightning port and camera adapter from iOS 9.2 and it only supports USB 2.0. FLOW's USB is USB 3.0 and we found iOS devices would not work after the OS is upgraded to 9.2. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with this incompatibility. There is one work around, which we think is not practical. You can use a USB 2.0 hub, and connect it between the iOS device and FLOW. After we found the iOS 9.2 problem, we decided to remove the support of iOS devices from FLOW. Before we released FLOW, we checked with all iOS devices and confirmed they were working with FLOW, so we announced iOS would work with the FLOW. Apple is beyond our control and we could not expect that they would eliminate support for a USB 3.0 device (even though it's operating in USB 2.0 compatible mode). From this lesson learned from iOS devices, we decided to also remove support of Android devices, because we never know if Google will decide to change something in their future software releases that would cause FLOW to not work with all the Android phones with the latest software. So, now we promote FLOW for use with a Mac or Windows PC. (Or of course with Aurender Music servers).
